Tim Martin has more than 30 years of manufacturing engineering experience in the electrical and electronics industries, where he designed systems and equipment. He has recently transitioned from manufacturing to health care. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering technology from Purdue University and a master of science in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Jeff Bell has more than 25 years in the aviation manufacturing and automotive electronics manufacturing sectors, where he designed numerous manufacturing systems using standardized work as a basis. He holds a bachelor of science in industrial engineering from Kettering University and a master of science in industrial engineering from Purdue University.
