Oct. 25, 2012, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in Brookfield, WI

Published: Monday, August 27, 2012 - 16:50

(Exact Metrology: Cincinnati) -- Exact Metrology Inc., a provider of full-service measurement solutions, is hosting an open house on Oct. 25, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at its facility near Milwaukee.

Located at 20515 Industry Ave in Brookfield, Wisconsin, this facility, which opened in July 2010, provides additional space for software and hardware training, contract measurement services, and sales and application support. “Our business has been rapidly growing over the past five years, and we opened this facility in Milwaukee to better service our customers in the Midwest and Canada,” says Dean Solberg, principal of Exact Metrology Inc.

In addition to Exact Metrology’s application engineering team at the open house, representatives from Exact Metrology’s vendor partners will be on site demonstrating a comprehensive range of scanning equipment and software. Technology capable of scanning items as small as a human hair to parts more than several thousand meters in size, will be on display, including:
• ROMER: Absolute Articulating Arms
• NDI: OptoTrak Optical Trackers
• Leica Geosystems: Laser Scanners and Trackers
• Artec: 3D Scanners
• Surphaser: Medium-range 3D Scanners
• Wenzel: CT Scanners
• Breuckmann: White Light Scanners
• Cognitens: White Light Scanners
• Geomagic: 3D Software

“We are looking forward to the opportunity to show end users how we can put the latest scanning technology to work for them,” says Solberg. “We invite people to visit our new facility on October 25 and bring us their toughest metrology challenges.”
