The 2009 Baldrige Award recipients and leaders from business, education, health care, and nonprofit will share best performance management practices, their journeys to performance excellence, and lessons learned. As a conference participant, you will:

Attendees select the sessions of their choice in order to track a 2009 Award recipient, track a Baldrige category, or mix and match.
