(NIST: Gaithersburg, MD) -- The Quest for Excellence XXII is bringing a passion for excellence, innovative practices, engaging conversations, and showcasing world-class results, dynamic leaders, and sustainability to all attendees on April 12–14 at the Hilton Washington in Washington D.C.

Quest is the leading conference to learn best performance management practices from Baldrige Award recipients and how to:
• Improve your organization’s performance results
• Enhance leadership effectiveness
• Build customer and employee engagement
• Increase organizational innovation to gain and sustain competitive advantages
• Improve process management
• Create an environment that fosters social responsibility and ethical behavior
• Increase organizational sustainability

The 2009 Baldrige Award recipients and leaders from business, education, health care, and nonprofit will share best performance management practices, their journeys to performance excellence, and lessons learned. As a conference participant, you will:

• Learn best performance management practices from the 2009 Baldrige Award recipients
• Gain knowledge of the Baldrige Criteria in educational presentations

Attendees select the sessions of their choice in order to track a 2009 Award recipient, track a Baldrige category, or mix and match. Organizational results are addressed along with the appropriate criteria category describing the approaches and deployment. Question and answer time follows the presentations. Sessions include:
