Renishaw PH20 Probe Head Now Integrated with Metrologic’s Product Line

Connects with Metrolog XG software and Universal ME 5009 DCC controller

(Metrologic Group: Meylan, France) -- Metrologic Group, which designs, manufactures, and markets 3-D inspection software and dimensional control systems, has just completed the full integration of the Renishaw PH20 Probe Head with Metrologic’s electronic systems and software, providing the highest level of integration to any coordinate measuring machine (CMM). This is not only a basic interface, but also a complete and direct integration of the PH20 five-axis measuring system with Metrolog XG software and the Universal ME 5009 DCC controller, which is simple, efficient, and reliable.

Metrologic’s advanced proprietary communication and calibration algorithms ensure optimal probing speed and reduced measuring time, while the software connectivity guarantee quick turnaround in part program creation and increase productivity.
